I'm a geek, but I appreciate slick, pretty interfaces and apps that are so easy to use that a brain-dead rat between two stale slices of bread can figure out how to work it. Linux is in general not ready for that kind of user yet. I don't like to have to think too much when I use my computer for non-geekworthy stuff.
