		<description>I'm sorry to say that I have a fair amount of experience with Site 5 (my previous company used one of their packages to server their customers) and that experience was in the main bad. I guess the main tip I'd give you is to take regular backups of your data off of site 5's server. My worst problem was an incident where they lost well over a months worth of my data and what's worse their support department didn't even get back to me to explain what had happened in nearly a day.

Oh and their support guarantee that they will respond to a ticket within 24 hours? Yeah they tend to respond almost immediately with "We are investigating this problem" then leave it alone for as long as they like.</description>
